Planning & Budgeting Your Wedding at Wyndcrest Estate

Start with Your Vision

Every celebration begins with a vision. Maybe that’s a candlelit dinner, a family-style feast, or a food-truck-style reception.
Our flexible venue allows you to design your day your way

What to Include in Your Wedding Budget:

Venue site: rental and insurance (if required)- see our fees for our breakdown

Catering: Your chosen caterer’s menu pricing, staffing, and rentals.

The Forever Weekend Package you can choose who you would like for catering, which helps to stay within budget!

The One Day Packages will have to use our preferred caterer or food trucks to allow for seamless transition for next day event

Bar & Beverages: Alcohol purchase, licensed bartenders, mixers, ice, and glassware- usually bundled with food caterer

Rentals & Décor: linens, flatware, and décor

Entertainment: DJ and any sound system or lighting you may want

Shuttles: There are local hotels nearby that some past events have provided transportation to and from, not required.

Florist

Photographer

Hair and Make-up

Wedding Planner: One day packages require a wedding planner if not utilizing David Alan Catering

Some things to consider:

  • We do not have a commercial kitchen on site, so a full plated sit down dinner will require a kitchen to be brought in with a tent, which is a price usually passed onto the client.

  • Food trucks are a great option. They do not come with a cleaning crew or cutlery usually, and is something that will have to be outsourced.

  • Some wedding planners will come with additional staff and some don't. Read contracts for planners to see what they are offering; some will help with transitions and clean up and some will not

  • Our preferred vendor David Alan catering, is a one stop shop, provides linens, cutlery, food, alcohol, servers, transition staff, and on site coordinator- for their prices please reach out to them directly.

  • Supplying own alcohol for whole weekend package is a great budget option. Things to consider- ice and hiring bartenders

  • Linens are cheaper to buy online, but will come pre folded and require a lot of time to steam iron. I always suggest renting linens for ease
